Exterior Remodel, McGrath Lexus, Westmont, Illinois
In early June, we began the exterior remodel project at McGrath Lexus in Westmont, Illinois. McGrath Lexus is the Chicago suburbs’ premier full-service Lexus dealership, serving hundreds of clients and their vehicles every day. The McGrath Group chose MidKor Construction because of our attention to detail, our execution schedule, and our commitment to staying inside budget. This project was completed in 91 days.
From break ground to build out.
Recent Projects
Mid-Kor completed this 6500 square foot retail space and had the first store ready to open 106 days after breaking ground.
Mid-Kor developed three 3500 square foot outlot properties, with faux second floor windows, and additional inline space, coming in on time and under budget.
Repurposed and Revived. Originally a tile and carpet outlet, this 1200 square feet was reimagined as a laundromat and reestablished as a reliable community business.
The LaSalle St. Securities project was a complete exterior renovation, completed in 2018.
